MTSX Follow up: Press release on MTSX website says company has received
confirmation letters for private placement (7.76) - The letters are for the
placement in Australia of 61,461,195 fully paid ordinary shares for $0.35 to
raise A$21,511,418. The placement increases by approximately 13.3% the
number of ordinary shares. The money raised will be used for working
capital as the company moves towards its commercial objectives.
