occorre avere ancora le note bancarie di acquisto e vendita che
dimostrano i loss?

io su cell complessivamentre in tanti anni non ci ho perso molto, starò
al massimo sui 5-6 milaeuro (nel senso che, per come è andato il titolo,
poteva andare molto peggio...) chissà se varrà la pena...

si,si può aderire anche dall'italia,basta dimostrare di avere acquistato o
venduto azioni da maggio 2009 ad oggi,o febbraio 2009 non ricordo.
in teoria la class action in usa non prevede esborso di pecunia ma una
percentuale sul recuperato,ho visto però che in alcuni siti parlano già di
eventuali "rimborsi per spese sostenute",cornuti e mazziati dicono a napoli.
