Even though the expected net profit of Fiat S.p.A. would allow for a
distribution of

dividends, the Board of Directors intends to propose to Shareholders, at the
Annual

General Meeting, that dividends be limited to savings shares only (?24.8
million as

mandated by the Company by-laws) in order to strengthen the Group's capital
structure

and preserve liquidity.



Ma secondo voi hanno già deciso di non dare dividendi o è da vedere ?

Riceveranno dividendi solo le Azioni di Risparmio, pare...

Lo dicono chiaramente che proporranno alla Annuale Assemblea Generale
l'intenzione di distribuirlo solo agli azionisti di risparmio per rafforzare
il capitale del gruppo e preservare la liquidità.

Quindi ancora non hanno deciso.


Sicuramente lo riceveranno i possessori delle risp.
